This was our first time coming to this location. The food was ok, but the cashier, Karlie was very rude. We were dismissed many times during our visit. The other staff members were very nice though.
GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!! Let me first say I live close-by but this will be my First and LAST time here. They got the order (slightly) wrong, mainly because the manager started taking the order. He sounded confused, like it was his first day on the job; then another employee chimed in at the end and took over the order. It's fast food if the photo is great and staff is great what more can you ask. I got the peperoni cheesesteak. The oreo milkshake was a nice added touch
I asked for a buffalo chicken sub with no veggies, even says so on the receipt. First time all they did was take off the VISIBLE veggies. The second time the manager argued back and forth about what comes on it, even though the point is they ASK what you want on it and even my receipt said I didn’t want veggies. They remade it sloppy, sauce all over the bread, bread ripped.
