Service is very poor they do not understand you at the cash register their English is limited there is no ice tea ever I've been here three or four times and there's no ice tea I don't know if they don't know how to make it or what the problem is but there is never any iced tea Charlie's used to bring your food to the table they no longer do that you are expected to get up and get your food to order food is a task because the person does not understand you
I ordered parmasian wings and steak sub . They gave me some type of spicy wings I cant eat . I called and lady doesn't even speak english and had nothing to say. There was also no other orders. Had to throw wings in garbage.
The lady was nice. She was on her phone talking to somebody which I don't mind you being on your phone. It might be important. She puts her phone down puts gloves on, and then picks up her phone it was gross. I'm not trying to be a Karen bit who does that. Health violation. I couldn't even eat it. The sandwich had one thin chicken sheet that didn't look right. Maybe have employees get a food handlers card so they can learn proper ways of handling food.
