Today was my first time trying charley’s cheese steak. The gentleman that took my order was also the one making the food. He took my order with the same gloves he was making the food with. I paid cash. He touch the cash and coins then went back to make the order that was in front of me with THE SAME GLOVES on! Had to ask him to change out his gloves before preparing my food. This is my first negative review. I’m a big fan of Charley’s Cheesesteaks and have loved their sandwiches and especially buffalo chicken sandwich for years. However, this was not a good experience. They wouldn’t honor the coupon I had gotten from a different Charleys. That’s OK. None of the employees wore hair nets. My one sandwich took an extraordinary amount of time. The worst part is that it tasted terrible. It simply tasted like bread drenched in hot sauce. It was so spicey and bad that I couldn’t finish it. I haven’t gi... read more

The guys looks like they were lost not knowing like what to do from I 4 sandwich order I only got one sandwich right, I went to the front talk to the guy and in other words he can’t do nothing about
