Place just opened and there were only 2 employees working. Food was fresh and service was good!
The servers were nice and attentive. The food though was very salty and was just kind of meh with not much meat. The turkey bacon club tasted a lot better than the old school cheesesteak which is sad for a restaurant claiming to be a chessesteak place. The cheese fries with bacon were so salty and inedible we just tossed them. The bread they use was very good and the milkshake was also delicious. For the price (35 dollars for two people) and salt content though we just won't go back.
Was way over charged for the order. The wanted to argue with me. Charged me for food I did not get and then didn’t want to take care of there mistake. The kids they have working there do not have any concept of customer service. The service here is absolutely horrible. Won’t be eating there any longer!!!! Sat away from there
Today was my first time trying charley’s cheese steak. The gentleman that took my order was also the one making the food. He took my order with the same gloves he was making the food with. I paid cash. He touch the cash and coins then went back to make the order that was in front of me with THE SAME GLOVES on! Had to ask him to change out his gloves before preparing my food. This is my first negative review. I’m a big fan of Charley’s Cheesesteaks and have loved their sandwiches and especially buffalo chicken sandwich for years. However, this was not a good experience. They wouldn’t honor the coupon I had gotten from a different Charleys. That’s OK. None of the employees wore hair nets. My one sandwich took an extraordinary amount of time.
