This place continues to disappoint. I haven't been here for almost a year. The last time, there were 16-18 yr olds running the place, using the same gloves to clean and serve food. The manager/owner (not sure which) claimed he was going to make sure they were trained correctly and the everything would be more professional. Well, it doesn't seem to have changed much. My family and I ordered some food tonight and it was AWFUL. The food tasted old and stale like it’s been sitting out for awhile.
Weird no one there on a Friday night? But everything was delicious!
Omg there's a Charley's out here that really has it together. From the cashier Dannelys who is friendly and helpful to the cook -idk his name. I mean I opened my box and saw a beautiful beautiful! Presentation. Got a chicken Philly and it tasted as good as it looked. Fries taste wonderful too. Restaurant is clean too. Just very impressed. I just left there ordered about 8:12 pm. For management/owner. Give those two people a raise!
It’s 70c boneless wings mon& Tuesday . They have a sign on the window when you walk in I asked about it . The cashier told me online . I walked back outside to look at the sign it said in store . She then tells me her manager said no . And refused to serve me . Very disappointed customers service very poor .. and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here !
