We visit the area 3-4 times a year and each time we have lunch at Charley's at least one time during our stay. This week we picked up lunch to take home and when we got home found one sandwich was dressed incorrectly and we were missing ranch dressing for the wings. I completed a survey on the app (which is how I ordered) with my complaints. I highly enjoyed my cheesesteak and wings! I must say very good. The service was very good as well. The team was very helpful and friendly. I will be returning very soon.
Me and my family came in and ordered sandwiches,fries, and milkshakes and every single thing was disappointing… The service was awful the young lady had an attitude the entire time even the cook was giving us an ugly look the whole time. One of the sandwiches had brown lettuce, we received whole green peppers …not cut, and none of our sandwiches were cut. Our milkshakes tasted like water.
