Hi Charley’s Steak House, This is feedback from an Uber Eats customer. I really think you all need to start sealing or closing food bags before giving them to drivers. Every other restaurant does this to ensure the food isn’t tampered with. It’s a simple step but a major one for customer safety and trust. 15/10 Experience and I just went through the drive thru. Seif is charismatic, funny, and attentive. This dude, left me dying of laughter while I was waiting for my meal. Super great experience for my 1st time at this CHARLEYS location and he needs a raise yesterday!!
