Terrible service! I never leave reviews but on three seperate occasions 8 was served by who I assume is the manager , she’ll incorrectly make my order and when I kindly bring it to her each time she has disregarded me . She’ll laugh and speak in Spanish after I ask her to fix a mistake her and her team make . She doesn’t show the empathy of a worker who wants to satisfy the customer . I really enjoy Charley’s and I have been to other locations with no problems until I went to this one. I was expecting for the process to be seamless as always, but then unfortunately I had the experience of meeting Nohemy Solano. Not only did I clearly state what exactly I wanted to order, I also clarified the sizes. Nohemy completed disregarded everything I said for my order and charged me extra for the larger sizes.
