Went here yesterday for dinner with my friend while visiting the Dulles Town Center mall. First big problem is that they don't have a screen up for order numbers, so they rely on the cooks to call them out by voice, and these guys may as well be whispering the ticket numbers when an order is ready. Like they have zero awareness of the fact that they're operating in a loud food court environment with a sizzling grill behind them — and we couldn't hear them even though it was near closing time with the food court pretty dead. ... read more
