The food we ordered was set aside for an online order. It sat there for 10 minutes before we asked how long it would be then they gave us our cold sandwiches and half of the sandwiches didn't even have anything on it. Worst dinner experience I have ever had

Stopped by Charley’s Philly Cheesesteak in Kokomo for the first time and I dined in. The menu took a little time to digest, but I was able to decide eventually. The restaurant itself wasn’t the cleanest in my opinion, and that carried over to the restrooms as well. Employees seemed a bit dazed, both when taking my order and when I asked a follow-up question.
