Food prepared properly and on time plus it was delicious
Ordered online. After we got home from pick up we realized that we had the completely wrong order in the bag though our receipt was attached. The restaurant does not have a direct phone number, and a phone call to the centralized call center had us returning to the restaurant. They didn’t start preparing our correct order until we got there and they checked all of the food we brought back. We waited an additional 20 min in store and no compensation or refund was offered. This is the 3rd time I've eaten here & got sick since they've been open. I think that was 3 too many
It’s been a long time since I had Charley’s but the Philly cheesesteak was on point and they got my order out so fast after I sat down . It was amazing I love getting service like this . Exceptional keep up the good work this location rocks. I will visit this location again very soon.
