I love this restaurant but this location has subpar service and their food was horrible. It had been a while since we had gone so we were looking fwd to it. Kid at the register has zero customer service skills, no greeting upon entering the establishment, no smile or anything. The food was warm at best. We spent $80 and it was the worst money I spent. The fries were not fresh and there was literally no one else there. Never going back!
Chris took our order in a very professional, cordial manner. The food was great. All in all I would definitely encourage people to visit philly's sandwich restaurant. Thank you Chris, God bless you!!!
