Self selve kiosk only, food was trash and they didn't even have trays to carry food to tables. Would not recommend. My sandwich went straight to the garage. The meat seemed very off.
ordered 2 large size buggers and 2 fries for to go. but I got only 1 bugger when I opened box at home. make sure your pick up items.
3 employees behind the counter, 1 cash register, 1 self order kiosk. Long line behind the kiosk because a customer didn’t know how to use it. Employees refused to use the cash register, so the line kept getting longer and longer. Ridiculous! Customer service FAIL! I left without ordering; I’ll give my business to a different place. So sad because I used to be a frequent customer here.
Bad experience. I ordered a boneless wing combo via third party platform, which, according to the menu, should have come with a soda. However, when I went to pick up my order, the staff member refused to give me the soda. He insisted that I would have to pay for it separately when ordering. When I questioned this, the staff member replied, "A picture is a picture”. Will never order from this restaurant again.
