Charged us too much money we got the Charley favorite and a large drink came out too almost 20 bucks when it should of been way less Charley’s favorite is 7.99$ when we asked for are money back they were super rude told us they couldn’t
They charged us for the wrong order which was almost double than we were supposed to be charged for our order. The fries were soggy and kind of room temp almost cold. They said they couldn't give us a refund or give us compensation for paying double than what we were supposed too.
Our family spent over $50 on dinner and ordered a Protein box with the order, which is basically a salad. We asked for Ranch dressing with it and when our order came there was no dressing. The young woman who took our order was going to give us the dressing but another young women refused to give it to us but instead told us it would be $1 for a small ranch container. Poor, poor customer support. I don’t blame the young women, this is poor training from the owner/manager.
On a whim I chose to go to Charley's Philly cheese steaks and got the order, quick and friendly service
Sandwich was soggy from mayo when I asked for no mayo. Didn’t give us ranch we ordered. No Cajun on the Cajun fries. Food tasted like it was frozen and just warmed up a little
