First time going there . Very disorganized and I’m disappointed with how they are messing up orders .
Hostile to customers. Unprofessional, poor solving skills. Arguing with a customer in the presence of others. Use of profanities/swearing at a customer. Some racial undertone, especially from the chef, who also appeared to be in charge. Chef at this location(Westgate mall) appeared to lack proper problem-solving skill, poor anger diffusion and channeling skill. If this is how customers are treated, then there isn't much to desire about your service. Unfortunately!
I waiting for this place to open as the site says 11am. It was 11:15 when I walks up to the restaurant as the gate was open, to be told they’re not open yet. Hire ppl that want to work and be on time.
I had a fantastic experience at Charley’s Cheesesteaks – the service was truly excellent. The staff made our visit enjoyable, and we appreciated their hospitality.
