I’ve been coming to this Charleys for the past year or so and I’m honestly fed up. Every time the older lady with short red hair is working, the service is terrible. She is rude, cuts me off when I talk, doesn’t greet me, and tries to control the entire conversation. On top of that, every sandwich she has made for me has been overcooked with no vegetables, and the quality is noticeably worse when she prepares it.
