This place is mostly really terrible. The food should be better than it is. There's nothing worthwhile left to be said about the staff. The tables are dirty. It's the mall, so it's crowded. The prices are so-so. There's nothing ultimate about their Ultimate Fries. Adding ranch to the only okay Cheese and Bacon Fries is not an entirely big step up. Terrible Service Experience I ordered a drink and large cheese fries, and the woman behind the counter was rude from the start. They weren’t busy, yet she barely spoke English and refused to give me a receipt. I was with my six-year-old daughter, planning to share the large drink, but when I asked for another one, she spilled it on the ground and showed zero empathy. Have only ordered fries and Cajun fries from here and they are always fresh and crispy. Potato to skin ration is great and excellent price. Got mozzarella sticks which were good too and peach lemonade which was since. Nothing to complain about considering price and location. Nice people working too!
