Update: I was contacted by Charlies and they taking care of my issue, which is all i wanted. If i could give a negatve 5 star review I would. I wish I knew how to upload this photo of the so called 12in chesssteak. I will never spend another cent here or waste my time and gas just to be once again disappointed. I had previously left a great review the last time that I went. This visit was far from great. I ordered a large chicken Philly combo. Got down the road to realize, that nothing was right about the order. I travel an hour to geta chicken Philly and ended up with a steak Philly that was a regular size combo. Right in the trash it goes.
