Jayla was very fine great service coco on the other hand was too nice to me
Coco is the best and she’s has good customer Service and Jayla was also good at talking and taking her time with me and making sure I felt comfortable
Worker with yellow and pink hair had such an attitude. I get it you may not want to work but to treat customers poorly is not it . She dismisses you when talking and to me places my food down in a not so pleasent way. Charleys has always been a good place but she would personally make me not want to go back ... (At least to this one)
Coca is the beshhh she took my order and Jalen made my order
$22 dollars was not worth it Employees were rude No personalities The cook was cooking with no beard net and he had his mouth open while he made my food. Eww The cashier lady didn’t ask if I want regular sized or large So she orders you a large, $7 dollars for a lemonade that was from a jug and the fries were soggy with grease I feel so violated spending $22 on a meal that was not even good. That sandwich was dry and over cooked
