I arrived at 7:50 p.m. Online hours showed 9:00, and the employee told me they close at 8:00 but they had already stopped serving because only two employees were working. I understand being short-staffed, but the posted hours should reflect when customers can actually order. The employee was dismissive and had the same unpleasant attitude I’ve experienced from her on previous visits. Honestly, it felt less like they were unable to serve me and more like they simply didn’t want to take another order.
Went for the chicken california sub after having it a few days before since it was made pretty well. While waiting in line, the alleged manager was taking the order of an older couple. In doing so, she was beyond rude to them. After being confronted her immediate response was to continue her rude behavior and brush it off since she’s the alleged manager. Placed an Uber Eats order. Got there to pick it up, the workers said that they “never received it”. 2 min after that I got a cancellation notification from Uber Eats. They didn’t want to make the order, because it was placed 15 min before closing time, so they cancelled it and lied that they never got it.
