Got a cheesesteak combo with a lemonade. When I went to get a refill, they turned off the drink machine on me. When I asked they said you bought a lemonade, you need to pay for a soda. So if I pay for the more expensive drink, I can’t get a refill of the cheap soda? Absolutely ridiculous. Also, the cheesesteak was kinda bland and the bread was way over toasted.
Service is awesome the older man in the front was super nice. Food is super great
The workers at Charley’s are always friendly, professional, and fast. They make every visit a great experience with their positive attitude and attention to detail. The food is always fresh, and you can tell the staff really cares about doing a good job. Big thanks to the team for their hard work and great customer service — you all make Charley’s a place worth coming back to!
