Staff was rude and completely ignored us when we got to the register. Received incorrectly sized drinks and sandwiches. Would recommend going elsewhere for staff with better manners.
I was just there 2 mins ago, it is 10:39 and the guy was rude & dismissive saying “we aren’t open”.It says you open at 10. But you guys are accepting Uber Eats orders . So I drove 15 mins here for nothing! Get your shit together! Edit your hours or have staff that can get there on time. It’s ridiculous, not even a “I’m sorry about that”. I asked when he would be ready he said “idk I still have cheese heating up”. Chubby white dude. Do better
Rob was an excellent cook and communicated well
First and foremost worst experience. My very first time here with my bf . Was not a great experience . I order a regular Philly cheese steak . No grilled onions , no grilled mushrooms, no green peppers no tomato no lettuce . Ms. Elizabeth was very nice and apologize for the general manager behavior . She wanted to make our food right and the cooks did as well . But the heavy set Caucasian Manger general was what he told me . Told me he could not remake my food .
