Sadly, I visited this place for lunch while working at a nearby site and found a bug in my food. When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology, and the staff acted like they didn’t care. The manager spoke little to no English, so a younger employee had to translate using a text message on her phone, which made the situation even more frustrating. This place is horrible. I mean why hello why get a dang job if you’re not going to have satisfactory work done for customers who work just like the stubborn employees they have there
Ordered a small and 6pc wings. Chicken was black!! I went back and saw the way they do it. They have pre fully fried wings in the fridge sit for days, drop them in the fryer for a minute to heat up and serve. Horrible food. Philly was soggy and had no flavor, and meat tastes like rubber
