Place is trash! Me and a buddy stopped by, because he had been hyping it up. He told me how good the phillys were. We get there and no one’s in line. So we wait and wait and wait and wait….. no hey what can we get for you today or what would you like to order. The cheese steak is good! Fries and fruit punch was good. The customer service sucks. There is no other way to put it. Ever go to an establishment and the workers seem mad to be there? That's Charlie's. Today was my first time eating there. I really liked the food. I don't understand the attitude. If you want a good cheese steak give it a try. If you desire a friendly atmosphere and an inviting welcoming staff, keep it moving. This ain't that kind of restaurant. Which is a shame.
