I ordered and here with a friend and we both enjoyed our meal. It was 7:30 on a Friday night. Food was hot and the lady taking our order was pleasant. No complaints here and I have eaten here in the past no problem then just the wait if it's busy. Tonight only one person ahead. Minimal wait. Food out reasonably fast!!! Thank you Charlie's!!

The manager there is very rude. I’ve been there twice and it may seem so simple to her, but I’m the one paying for my food and if I ask for a drink with no ice, I would like a drink with no ice. It is not my fault it is your mistake or a system mistake. I am very sympathetic and understanding however, where is the customer service over a simple drink? It is not cost you. There’s no harm in making sure the customer is satisfied. She’s very nasty has an attitude. She rolls her eyes. I will never eat from there again!

Just popped in for quik sammie & soda for lunch today at 2:37. Staff was on point. gee, was so lovely when taking my order. I felt like I was in her home. Such kindness and attention to detail coupled with an endearing smile. Both Chefs were welding their tools upon a hot grill like skilled ninjas focused on slaying any hunger that might be troubling me.
