I love Charlie’s, specially this one at the mall, cashiers are very friendly, food tastes delicious every time. I definitely recommend coming here.
What happened to this place? They used to be so good. They don’t care anymore. We just had an office order today, 6 orders total. Placed the order there AND picked it up. How did you still get 5 orders wrong? Everything was wrong. Half the sub didn’t even meat on it. It’s not that hard to make subs. But you guys keep proving that. Orders are always wrong at this location and they don’t taste good at all, now I remember why I stopped eating here a year ago.
Total rip off on the meat portions
The woman who is the cashier is a very bad person. She needs customer service training. She serves customers very poorly, especially women. It seems that she gets jealous of women because of her partner who works there. A very bad experience. The food is very good.
