On Nov. 18th 2025 my family went to this Charlie’s, there was only one man working at 4pm he saw that we were at the counter waiting to order food. He decided to be rude and unprofessional. You Sir deserve to be fired! I hope whoever is in charge of this establishment will make the improvements that are necessary.
The store can not open on time! There's Airmen, Soldiers and retirees showing up for a lunch thats timed and have no choice but to patronize other businesses. Unprofessional staff!
Enjoyed my original Philly cheesecake. Just wish it had a little more flavors.
Asked for no onions on an old school cheesesteak. Worker, despite the menu sign saying so, said it doesn't come with onions at all. Order came out with onions.
