I visited this Charleys on 2/06 and while standing in line I noticed there menu was conflicting with each other. One menu price was hand written, couldn't even afford to buy a real menu sign for the store; while the other menu showed the pricing as combos. I brought it to the attention of the cashier Tanesia and she looked dumb founded like she couldn't understand what I was saying and it was simple. They are so cheap now don’t even fill the box full with fries you get HALF but paying full price makes no sense.
I wish I had seen the recent reviews before ordering from this place. Listen to the reviews. I put in a doordash order, and not only was it 10 minutes late (my order was passed off to a second dasher), my food was ice cold, half my fries were raw, portions were terrible, and I didn’t receive my drink. Do yourself the favor and don’t order from here.
