Howdy y'all, had your 'old school' and loaded fries today in the Mall. The meat was sooo tender and the fries cooked perfect. Just got a couple comments/ suggestions to make. Could you all pls get paper boats that fit the phillys and pls take time to mke sure the meat is evenly spread out on the bun so the customer doesnt have to do that..thanks. Exxellent lunch. Tim
How can you contact this store? I’ve tried calling NUMEROUS times and it tells me “they can’t take my call right now” I have allergy concerns as well as missing food concerns. My entire order was messed up. I am extreme disappointed. This is the second time I’ve had an issue this store. When you spend $50 on food you’d expect it to be right.
The cheesesteaks themselves are nothing like the pictures, they're thin with barely anything in them. My mozzarella sticks were also cold, and the cheese was melted.
Ordered delivery through grubhub order never recieved store number does not work and grubhub unable to do anything as ordered through Charley’s website so keep getting told to contact the store which is not an option as the number ‘cannot take my call right now’ would like my $30 refunded and can provide order number.
The chicken is bland and flavorless, the sandwiches aren't put together well and it isn't a good experience
