Staff there really needs a reality check you are working with food and touching peoples food with gloves that you have on while sitting on side and drinking your own drinks and doing whatever else on down time that’s so disgusting
Customer service was horrible. Guy at counter said they didn't open till 11:30, it was 11:10 , then 5 minutes later a woman pulled up for food that she ordered online. Make that make sense. Just lazy
Staff is rude. Food took an absurd amount of time to be ready. Food was cold and was a tiny portion. Hardly any veggies on it. There was 1 sliver of onion and 2 tiny peppers. Disgusting. I didn’t expect this from a Charley’s.
Spent $55 on an order. Order was not correct. Gave me bone in wings instead of boneless. When they replaced the wings there was so much butter and so little lemon pepper the wings where not edible, my son also ordered lemon pepper wings and there was scarce amount of lemon pepper. They gave me large fries instead of regular fries. My husband ordered scorpion sting wings and again barely any seasoning. My daughter ordered ultimate fries and fries were drowning in ranch.
