3 teenagers working, maybe they were overwhelmed. Ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms. I have never at any Charley’s location gotten raw, not at all seared onions and bell peppers on any sandwich. Unfortunately I got it to go and noticed when it wasn’t worth driving back. I will not be ordering from that location again.
I wanted to get something to eat from here unfortunately never again. The sad part was the chicken sandwich had only 4 pieces, the fries was hardly cooked, and the lettuce was not much in the sandwich.
Food was great however they forgot one of my orders of ultimate fries. Tried to call but they must not be able to hear the phone.
The food was really bad. NO FLAVOR AND WAS DRY. Ask the girl for more Ketchup and she gave me attitude.
Ordered Cheese and Bacon fries and the server gives them to me with cold bacon on top...you could visibily see that they were still cold due to the color and it seems like they were just thawed and not heated up. Gave them back to get heated up and she just held them under the fry warmer with an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing her.
