The cashier speaks Spanish and can't count correctly, he forgot my drink, and my fries were old! This is why I eat at home, but my husband wanted Popeyes and they were next door. Food quality is poor asf. No one was in line and I see why
Out of everything and the child taking the orders is RUDE cuts you off while you are ordering trying to rush your order very rude!!!!
I've visit this location often because it is convenient and opted against a review when the service was really bad. I will say the customer service is poor. Maybe its a cultural thing or language barrier but it sucks. Food is not consistent. Sometimes its ok, other times there is absolutely no seasoning. The guy is the best cook. Sandwiches get soggy fast. I stopped getting the combo because they keep reducing the amount of fries. I think I may have had 9 fries last time.
