Absolutely love coming to Charley's! The food is always fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious — exactly what you want every single time. But what really sets this location apart is the service. Saval Young went above and beyond to make sure my visit was perfect. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel like a valued guest. Eating and cleaning while making food with same gloves.
I asked for a side of bbq sauce and the team member rudely barked at me to go to the cashier and pay 85 cent. This wasted about 10 minutes of my time.
Just had my flight be delayed a few hours and the man at the counter was so sweet. Some of the best cheese fries I ever had. I'm gonna have to fly through ATL more often.
