This place was terrible. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They made a mistake with my order and were unwilling to fix it. When I asked for hot sauce, they said it would cost extra—delivered with attitude. Definitely not coming back here!
I love the food but your employee Anayeli has the worst attitude EVER! we pay too much money to explain that we want our food evenly layered. Please tell her to loose her attitude and I will also write a review on YELP... DO BETTER.... Years later and i wanted to post a new review but I'm unable to so I'll edit this one. Went there yesterday and the service was AWESOME!
After watching how they do the magic. I had to stop it and take my sandwich as is.... Too many moves for grill master with same gloves on touching his shirt work shirt during his movemens, the spatula, other meats, and bread process. I'm cool I'ma pass this location.
Most bland cheesesteak I've ever had, I honestly think I'd have a hard time making something so flavorless myself.
Over fried & over priced! Tasteless! Just Avoid! The order was missing items, whether deliberately or by accident, who knows as they knew we were not from the area.
