I walked at 0610 pm and they already started closing. The cook seemed mad that he had to start up the fryer and make fries. Hours say this place closes at 0800 pm. It didn’t matter because 10 people came after me to order cheesesteaks. Dont know why he thought it was a good idea to start closing 2 hours before it’s closing time. And he got my order completely wrong. I asked for scorpion sting on the wings and it came out with lemon pepper. Incorrect order
The two ladies towards the end of the night on July 11th were rude. They made our chicken California with just chicken and cheese. I asked if I can get lettuce and pickles bc it wasn’t on it and they said they don’t come with lettuce. Every Charlie’s I ever been to always adds lettuce, pickles, and tomatoes to the chicken California. I should dispute my order tbh.
Stood at the front counter waiting over 10 minutes for someone to take my order while the employee preparing the food fails to acknowledge me or send someone to take my order.
