Poor customer service - even worse when dealing with UberEATS or DoorDash. The pricing and practices on placing orders via the platforms are predatory and ridiculous. Restaurants partner with these services and rip you off with their prices and then UberEats adds insult with their own poor quality of customer service when you try to dispute or correct an issue. They are horrible with resolving issues and there needs to be more regulation.
Terrible customer service. The woman at the counter was extremely rude. I ordered the combo and she told me I had to pay extra for a drink when the sign literally shows all combos with a medium drink. Gave me attitude when I pointed it out on the sign and just said no. Then they forgot my ranch I had to pay extra for. I was just extremely annoyed and it was clearly false advertising.
