Highly dissatisfied. I have never written a review before but that has got to be the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth.
Based on a few coworkers’ recommendations, I had to see for myself. I wanted to love Charley’s Philly Steaks…there’s definitely potential, but I left still hungry. The chicken teriyaki didn’t wow me; it was extremely salty, and I only managed two bites. My fries were cold, and the Sprite tasted like the machine was overdue for a refill. Absolutely disgusting. Worst steak I’ve ever had. I ordered the “Old School” steak at Charles Steak House and honestly, it was revolting. Dry, flavorless, tough like rubber — it reminded me of overcooked cafeteria meat from a bad high school lunch. Not a hint of seasoning or care. I took two bites and had to throw it in the trash.
