Writing this to complain about one of the employees. Ordered food today and the First Lady I will say did a good job getting it right but another employee was extremely rude and didn’t give me the food and it was sitting there for a few good minutes and never called my number.
I only put a two star because I only had one issue which was the service with an old Spanish lady. She had no manners and will straight up cut you off when you’re trying to request something in your order or sighs and rolls her eyes. Like your asking what would I like but yet cut me off and say hold on and then proceeds to rush me to get fries and a drink as if I’m done requesting what I want for my sandwich. The food is horrible. The Philly cheese steak is not even well done (the provologne as you can see is not even melted and the fries are cold. The green peppers and onions they use are completely raw. Do yourself a favor and move on from this place and save your $$$. This was on a Saturday 12:24 PM and not even that busy.
