online it says open at 10am, I arrived a quarter after and was told that they were closed and was not given a time on when they would open.
Great service, great food, atmosphere, etc. Got the 2 classic combo and was full when finished my chesseteak and haven't even started eating my fries lol, and food was ready in like 5 mins!
Every time I have been there it is the same two woman who are extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in the outlets so I go to the food court a lot during my breaks. And every experience I have had here is terrible. Every time I have ordered, I am missing something or it isn’t the right thing I ordered. The ladies are extremely rude and are always just sitting there on their phones. Terrible customer service.
The service was terrible. We were helped by a girl named Katherine who spoke so quietly you could barely understand her, and on top of that, she had a bad attitude. While taking the order, she kept making annoyed faces and whisper-laughing as if mocking us. Very unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable experience from the moment we arrived.
Sooo I am pleasantly surprised bye this cheesesteak!! Sell season great neat to bread ratio.Bun was niice and toasted!! The meat was seasoned and tender def try charlies
