We always enjoy this Charley’s. Good chicken cheese steaks and loaded fries. The mall is unfortunately going down hill but we still go to Charley’s once a month or so. Classic mall restaurant.
Good food great place had a hard time understanding them that did not speak to general english.

If you're looking for that true taste of a real Philly old school style, with steak, onions and cheese whiz.... Keep driving right past this place! So many sauteed yellow onions that it taste like a candy bar. No balance between the cheese, meat, bread or onions whatsoever! Worst Philly I have had in 50 years! I took a chance on a buy one get one free with a small California Chicken Philly for the wife. They didn't even take the time to use the proper greens of an iceberg lettuce head.
