Everyone has a bad day. Wait staff, cooks, etc. So I have no doubt the negative reviews are honest. I sympathize with the customer who got stuck with the bad day. But there is a reason most of the reviews are 4 & 5 stars. Charly's is as good as they say.
Fine dining. Excellent food and salad bar. Service was impeccable and personable.
Service was poor to say the least. Server never brought us bread and she served us cold tater tots. She paid no attention to our table but paid close attention to others. She wasnt interested in our table until it was time for the bill. Portion were small based on the price. Thought we were going to eat at a place that looked professional and attentive but that wasnt the case.
