I needed a new washer. Staff at Charley’s were very knowledgeable and helpful; asked questions and steered me in the direction of a washer that would meet my needs and educated me in the different styles of washers. Great delivery service, very careful and not a scratch or mar anywhere; it’s a tight fit to get an appliance into my laundry room. There really is nothing like the service you get when shopping local with people who care, who you see at the grocery store, run into at the post office. #customerforlife

Everyone we dealt with during our experience was very friendly and helpful and they give amazing and genuine customer service which you don't see enough of these days. Even the delivery guys were informative about how to begin using my new oven and very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend and would buy from them again!
Excellent customer service. I also give kudos to the delivery guy's. They were very polite and more than helpful to my parents showing them how to work everything on their new refrigerator. I would definitely recommend!
I bought all new appliances at amazing prices a little over a week ago. A tornado hit our current home a week before they were to be delivered to our new home so they brought them to us a few days early at our new house so we could move ahead of schedule. Thank you guys so much!! We appreciate all your kindness and those 2 young men that delivered them early.
Great service! The 2 young men who installed the dishwasher for Trinity UMC are stellar human beings. They worked hard, cleaned up a bit of a mess, and were kind, courteous, and smiling the whole time! Best service in town--too bad they don't sell cars too! �
