The cashier was extremely rude to the poor guy in front of me. When he asked for what flavors of wings they had, she huffed and then stomped over to the menu and pointed at them. Food was also pretty bland. Strawberry watermelon lemonade was fire though

NOT A GOOD AIRPORT FOOD OPTION! It looks like my 2 star rating actually improves their overall average, guess that should've told me something from the start. Our order took 22 minutes! It was for 2 small philly sandwich combos. There was no one at the register, so we used the touch displays. They are confusing, to say the least. They give you tons of options for each sandwich, but don't tell you what comes standard. The fries were sub-par, even for a fast-food place at the airport. I liked it, personally you should try it before completely giving up on it because of the other reviews. Not everyone one has the same opinion about stuff, other reviews say the cashiers had an aditude, I disagree she was fine, the service can change so look at the date of the reviews too and not the same people are working there every time, I guess just keep that in mind next time you see a 2 star rated place.

Probably one of the worst Charleys I have ever been too, got my order wrong twice, Cheesesteak meat was over salted. The staff taking my order was on the phone the whole time. Staff seemed miserable to be there I actually kinda felt bad for them, still the worst service and food ever received at a Charleys.
