Charlie's is one of those places you have to hit up when you visit Maui. Food is good, service is ok. I'm a bar owner and am always surprised at how the servers aren't really warm and inviting. They aren't rude or disrespectful they just don't engage their customers. You get a "hi how are you" but not much else.
Charles staff is outgoing with great service! They offer a wonderful breakfast option
