Lady at the front desk is very rude, we have never had a pleasant encounter with her. Obviously hates her job. Even talking to her on the phone is awful.
I followed Dr. Chartier from our area and was advised it would be OK since we still live in the same state. Recently while trying to make an appointment I was rudely told I had to come in person at least once a year, even though the other practice in the area had no issues, we live 5 hours away. There is NO MI LAW that says this is necessary. AND they cancel and change appointments way too much and they can contact you, but good luck getting in touch with them.
