We were 10 minutes late to our appointment and they refused to see our baby, after explaining on the phone a very frustrating medical situation we’ve been experiencing and driving 30 minutes to get there.
Dr. Tinney is the absolute best. Couldn't recommend him more!
Terrible experience. Was told to come for an appt at 4 and then was told I was not on the schedule and my 4 week old baby and I were forced to sit in my car during a terrible storm while they found an opening. Unbelievable Update: still in the car during a tornado warning, baby is freaking out and im doing anything I can just to even go sit in the waiting room and the receptionists are getting upset with me calling and asking when they ultimately are the ones who messed up… I am beyond exhausted and annoyed at this point.
