Dr. Tunney can’t put in refills on time for my sons medication. The receptionist kept talking over me and ignored me when I said please don’t talk over me. The receptionist blatantly tried to come up with some excuse that would justify the Dr not being able to do his job. Keep in mind the excuses were ridiculous and had no bearing on the refilling of prescriptions. To make it even worse Dr. Tunney failed to refill my son’s prescriptions again even after giving a phone call and checking the pharmacy two days in a row.
Dr. Tinney is the absolute best. Couldn't recommend him more!
Terrible experience. Was told to come for an appt at 4 and then was told I was not on the schedule and my 4 week old baby and I were forced to sit in my car during a terrible storm while they found an opening. Unbelievable Update: still in the car during a tornado warning, baby is freaking out and im doing anything I can just to even go sit in the waiting room and the receptionists are getting upset with me calling and asking when they ultimately are the ones who messed up… I am beyond exhausted and annoyed at this point.
