While camping nearby I had some unexpected repairs that were needed to get us home a few days later. Made an appointment, got in the next day, though had to wait an extra day for the repairs. Between the first call (Cassanda was really awesome) and the shuttle that got me and the family around a little, it was an overall good experience.
Everything was very throughly taken care of. Cassandra, working the front desk, was inviting, friendly, and very informative. Kept me up to speed on everything that was going on during the duration of my visit. The waiting room was stocked with beverages and conveniences. My children were able to be entertained during our wait. Overall, a great experience!
If you read the reviews these guys do NOT care about you or your vehicle. Bought it and has problems 2 days later? They don’t care. Don’t shop here.
Had a 9A appointment for service that should have taken only 1 hour. We sat 4 hours waiting. There were several customers in and out all having some sort of complaint while we were there 4 hours. They absolutely should not take on service business if they can't handle it. One person was told that online appointments just made came before her. She made her appointment over a week ago! Totally unexceptable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP! So bad an experience that I am posting a review for maybe the third time in my life. Leased a new truck from this dealer three years ago. Lease is ending so they email me they are in short supply of used vehicles and are paying well over blue book value.Then I get a call from Brian a salesman stating the same things as the email.
