I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. About a week before the appointment I was called on a secondary phone number (not the one I asked them to use) to let me know they couldn’t keep the appointment because of personal shortages. I rescheduled for about another week later than the original appointment and was contacted again (at least on the primary number this time) that they could not keep this appointment either because of personal issues.
Outstanding service! We blew a tire coming from the Fisherman's Island State Park, and immediately pulled into the Chevy dealership. They were professional, helpful, and very kind. The GM hopped in her car, drove to Petosky and picked up a couple of tires, brought them back, and had them mounted and balanced. We were back to our vacation shortly. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!
