We worked with Mike in service and he did a great job communicating with us. We live on Beaver Island, so we appreciate having the extra effort with picking up our truck from the airport and bringing it back. He also had to coordinate with a person on our extra warranty services. Thanks for working with us!

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. About a week before the appointment I was called on a secondary phone number (not the one I asked them to use) to let me know they couldn’t keep the appointment because of personal shortages. I rescheduled for about another week later than the original appointment and was contacted again (at least on the primary number this time) that they could not keep this appointment either because of personal issues.
