We were up from Florida and the fan on our 2015 Yukon Denali wouldn't shut off. Took it in right away and Rebecka in service got us in, did an analysis of the truck and found out we needed a thermostat. Thank God they had it in stock! It was supposed to be a 4 hour job and the mechanic was the best and did it in 2 hours!!!!! Can you imagine the alternative if they didn't carry the part, couldn't squeeze us in and didn't have their best guy on it?! We got on the road for Florida the next morning as planned.

Unfortunately we became a member of the 6.2L recall and our engine did fail. Given the amount of coordination with GM and the magnitude of swapping the engines we were back in business in a few weeks. The entire staff is amazing but I have to give a special shout out to Travis, the master technician. The man is awesome! Thanks to everyone at Charlevoix Chevrolet for your kindness and support during this process.
I arrived at the dealership when it opened and they were able to fix my car that day. Great communication and very nice staff.
