Outstanding service! We blew a tire coming from the Fisherman's Island State Park, and immediately pulled into the Chevy dealership. They were professional, helpful, and very kind. The GM hopped in her car, drove to Petosky and picked up a couple of tires, brought them back, and had them mounted and balanced. We were back to our vacation shortly. THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH!
First let me say I was happy to see Cody still there. He is the best and you need to keep him. I knew none of the rest of the workers there, but two gentlemen were very nice to me. I don't remember the name of the first one I met, dark skinned very handsome, kind gentlemen. His mother raised him correctly. I than met Mike, and he was very pleasant, kind, gentlemen, who's mother also raised him like a gentlemen. I was taken to the parts dept, and was very pleased to see Cody again. Terrible service and communication. Hope you don’t need a loaner vehicle while your car is in the shop for 3 months due to one back ordered part. They’ll tell you weekly they’ll get one but they won’t.
