I have had fantastic experiences with Charleswood Florists. I have had arrangements made for myself and for others, lovely every time, and excellent customer service!
Got the sapphire bouquet and it is rather sad looking. The arrangement features far less lavender than the picture and a lot of the flowers look old and past their prime. Normally they have great results but not this time. Would recommend the in-store option because I don't think the delivery is worth it.
I've dealt with them over the years and they have been nothing but so kind and accommodating. I love their flowers and the effort they put into them. Thank you guys!! <3
Got Colour of Love for an anniversary, based on photo online. Delivery was prompt and the flowers were as shown, actually nicer!
