I had a great experience here. I was running very late, and thought I'd have to move my appointment, but the staff was very gracious and let me come anyway. All of the staff, including the optometrist himself, were very kind and professional.
Kyle and Doug were very helpful and friendly with the purchase of frames and lenses
The staff is very friendly and efficient, especially Kyle, who is extremely helpful in frame selection.

I wanted to support an independent practice, but my experience at Charleswood Eye Centre was unfortunately poor. The clinic itself feels very outdated — patient charts and receipts are handwritten, which was surprising. More concerning was the lack of hygiene: the exam equipment that touches your forehead, chin, and eye area did not appear to be sanitized before or after my exam.
