Mr Richards confirmed to me via email and phone call that a $164 Credit was issued to my Visa account, 9/8/23. The Credit WAS NOT issued to my account, Rather a $164 DEBIT was issued to my Visa account, 9/8/23, by Mr Richards/Palms. This outstanding inaccuracy must be resolved immediately. Aggravation and stress considerable.
