I'd never take my dog here again! My vizsla had eaten something and I called them asking for help as I thought she was choking and needed to be given something to vomit it out. They told me that I was "rude" on a prior visit and couldn't help me?! Can you imagine? You call your primary care physician and the receptionist tells you "sorry we can't help you" because you were supposedly rude on a prior visit? Is that even legal even IF it were true? Horrible!
They are wonderful even though my cat is a nightmare to deal with in the exam room. They remain calm and professional and the facility is very clean and comfortable.
I have been bringing my little guy here for years. Dr. Sell, Ryan and Kim have been amazing, especially with my chronically ill dog and my over-anxious pet parenting. They have been there every time we needed them, and all of them have been kind, loving, and very skilled.
I take all four of my children (two dogs and two cats) here and wouldn't dream of taking them anywhere else! Dr. Sell and Ryan are great with making all of them feel happy and comfortable no matter what the reason for the visit, and Kim and I might possibly be soul mates! It's the personal attention that's hard to get in the city!
