I have been twice in the last two years and each time has been an amazing experience. Working in healthcare I’ve seen A LOT. The building is very well kept and sanitized. Handicap accessible, wheel chair or walker friendly (you would think this would be a given for a healthcare facility, but it often is not). All staff is very friendly, compassionate, and thorough. We brought our young son in trying to avoid hasbro and the winter colds there (recommended by his on call pediatrician to try to avoid and try a UC), all of the staff were so kind and patient with my son and us. They were so sweet and supportive to me (I was a mess and my mom anxiety was sky high). They took X-rays and even though we ended up going to hasbro, they called to let them know we were coming and gave us the imaging disk so he wouldn’t have to have another set taken there. Today was my 3rd or 4th visit. Always leave feeling like I have had promt and thorough care. Let's face it, nobody wants to go to the doctor. Charlestown Urgent Care is awesome!
