Staff is incredibly kind and pleasant. Edited to add: I was back for a 2nd time during this 1week vacation and, once again, had a great experience. During my first visit, I saw Dr. Smith. During this visit, I saw Dr. Balerdi. Both listened to me, sought to understand my medical history, and were all-around fantastic!
Great care; thorough, friendly staff and Docs. They take the time to listen to you. You’re not treated like a number. Conveniently located. Knowledgeable, experienced MDs with a down home, local mentality. Xray available on site too. Highly recommend
Today was my 3rd or 4th visit. Always leave feeling like I have had prompt and thorough care. Let's face it, nobody wants to go to the doctor. Charlestown Urgent Care is awesome!
