Once we arrived we all walked into the house not knowing that there was shattered glass from a coffee table (which was outside near bins) all over the lounge room floor and over the two leather couches. My two yr old starts crying with blood dripping from his foot. We found a large shard of glass imbedded into his foot. After hrs of pharmacy/ emergency centre and tears we finally got it out. This hotel was disgustingly infested with bedbugs to the point where my loving wife had to shave her head. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AS THE IS ALSO A COCKROACH INFECTION TOO.
This place is infested with red back spiders and my 4 year old son was bit in the middle of the night and sadly passed away. DO NOT RECOMMEND worst experience of my life
Attempted to cancel my stay here after reading the reviews. 2 weeks later and I am stiff unable to receive a refund as per their policy despite multiple phone calls and emails.
